I am trying to pay my bill online with my PayPal card and it keeps telling me there's a problem and it won't go through. Has anyone else had this issue? There is a way to add TMobile to the bill pay section on my PayPal account but I need the zip code for the TMobile payment address and can't find that anywhere. I just need to pay my bill before the lines are suspended and it shouldn't be this hard.6.8KViews0likes3ComentariosPaying off BOGO
Hi, I am wondering if anyone would know an answer to my question. I spoke with 5 different mobile employees over chat and 3 over the phone and received different answers. Seems like they have no idea. We purchased 2 phones with their BOGO special about a year ago. One device is being paid off every month, the other is receiving monthly bill credits. We are looking into getting new phones directly with Samsung and would love trade ours in. We want to pay off the phones. So we know that the one that is being paid monthly by us, can be paid off right away and will not affect the "free" device. We, however, would like to trade in the "free" phone as well and we spoke to mobile about this and received different answers. I understand the phone is locked and still have remaining balance (supposed to be 24 months so until November). BTW, it is weird they say it is locked even though I can put any sim card in it (including one from Europe) and it works just fine. Anyway, we asked about paying that phone off as well. Some representatives said we can and that the monthly bill credits will be applied towards the monthly bill - every month. Some, however, said it is not possible and if we pay it off, we lose the promotion benefits. Has anyone dealt with this before and would know the answer? I am getting frustrated by everyone telling me something else and claiming that's the right information.3KViews0likes9ComentariosCan someone explain "Updated Terms and Conditions will take place May 15, 2023" in plain English?
Okay, so I read the summary about these changes, which include things like: "Most notably, the changes: Include additional details about our informal dispute resolution process, including what information need to be included in the Notice of Dispute to begin that process. - Is this "informal dispute resolution process" customer friendly or is it a bureaucratic nightmare where you can't win? And: "Provide more details about, and in some cases changes to, the rules and process governing any arbitration between us, including how the arbitrator is selected and what the arbitrator is permitted to do, our respective responsibilities for the payment of arbitration filing fees, and the relief that the arbitrator may grant." - Okay, what are the important details? Will the arbitrator be more biased against the customer? "Your account may still incur charges (that you are responsible for) while suspended and if your Service is reinstated, you may be charged for the reconnection." - This sounds bad. How bad is it? I don't know how to make heads or tails of all this vague information and I don't have time to read into all the fine print. From a third party perspective, are these changes in the terms and conditions a negative change, a positive change, a mix of both, or is it all largely irrelevant? What are the things I need to know as a T-Mobile customer?2.8KViews0likes4Comentariosif phone has trade in promo, can i pay some more money on its balance but not pay it fully yet since i dont have the funds to fully pay it in one go?
I have a iPhone 14 pro trade in promotion i got for upgrading my plan. I believe I'm getting 800 in credit so monthly I pay 8 bucks for it. I wondered if (even though the promo is for 24 months )I can put more money on it from time to time to eventually finish paying it off/lower the balance instead of only paying 8 dollars monthly, so I can change my plan to a cheaper plan, since I got the promo for upgrading to the new premium plan go2plus or whatever it's called. I've been told paying anything extra on a promo phone would cause tmobile to charge me the full balance the next bill after. I paid off rest of my phone, an amount of 112, the bank processed and completed the amount but on T-mobile it is saying I still owe the amount and does not show I have paid it off in the activity feed. It's been 2 days. It says my phone is still locked even though I paid this. I paid the general bill at the same time and it is showing that in the activity. I didtwo activitiesat the same hour and it is not showing the second one.Solved1.3KViews0likes10ComentariosSé elegible para un acuerdo de pago y paga el saldo vencido de más de 30 días
I have a past due balance of about $50 on my account and it has been more than 30 days. I see this message when trying to do a payment arrangement "Become eligible for Payment Arrangement and pay 30+ days past-due balance" Does this mean If I come up with the $50 my phone will still be off until I become eligible for a payment arrangement? So I would need to pay $50 plus the new PA? Please help, I am starting a new job soon and need my services restored until my first check to become current.899Visto0likes1ComentarioMy phone is suspended, but it still asks for full payment.
I have my phone suspended for about two months (until end of Feb) and was told I'donly have to pay 10.00 per month up till then. But why is it asking me to pay in full? the full roughly 70 dollars I currently don't have to spend. I'm a bit frustrated atm. It's now asking me to pay in full for Feb.579Visto0likes2ComentariosUnknown backend error message!
I am having the Unknown backend error message when trying to make a payment from may 1, 2024.I have use auto-payment for years. The system did not take the payment. I cannot make the payment online. T mobile customer support cannot take the payment over the phone. The IVR system cannot take the payment. Their customer service send me to the local store. The local store called their support cause they couldn't help. The store support couldn't help the store manage, to help me because the store employees and manager couldn't be verified by "their support". This is a mess! They treat prepaid like second class citizens. Their post paid service is not better either. I was about to change from pre-paid to post paid and realized they are even worse! I was promised a call back, and t mobile broke their promise by no calling back. Very disappointing! After 20 years being with TMobile.. is time to say goodbye and move with a better company.299Visto1like6Comentarios
