pin issues
8 TopicsWill Latency Improve as the Service Matures?
Obviously there is a limit to how good latency can be with a wireless signal like T-Mobile Home Internet is using, but I'm just wondering if it is expected to mature over time. I'm a big gamer and I've been tolerating the ping because my only other internet option has much better ping but a tiny fraction of the speed. Lately however, I don't know if it's the spring leaves coming back on the trees or what--it's been getting noticeably worse. It used to be a consistent 80ms in Overwatch, my favorite title, but now its more like 105-120ms with spikes to 300ms. It's making it very difficult and I'm questioning whether I can continue using the service. I have the white box router Model: RTL 0102. My signal is only "Good" but I haven't found any place in my house where it can be improved further.3.4KViews1like7ComentariosWireless number + Pin apple website issue… please help?

I am trying to port my phone number from Optimum cable (aka Cablevision) to a new t-mobile line. T-mobile has given me a temporary number and I'm eager to use my old number. With my Optimum PIN number, the port failed. It turns out thatOptimum doesn't use a PIN for porting. I've confirmed this with several Optimum people. They say the PIN should be left blank. So far that hasn't worked either. Has anyone successfully ported from Optimum? PS. iPhone5 was unlocked and working with t-mobile SIM. Area code is local code (i.e. 914).Solved1.6KViews0likes1ComentarioVisual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue
Trying to access my visual voicemail- however its not acknowledging that I'm entering a pin. Its asking me to set up a voicemail pin, I enter my numbers and just keeps asking me to confirm over and over. I double checked that my pin falls within the guidelines. Ive done the reset option and still nothing. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. I just got the phone yesterday and have not had t-mobile prior to this.299Visto0likes4ComentariosInseego m2000- just got it today, where do I find my the pin for my Sim?
Title says it all, where would I find the Pin for the Sim that came with the inseego m2000? Would I have set this up when I bought it? I see there's a PUK printed on the plastic tree that held the sim, is this the pin? I tried changing the pin in my account (at tmobile.com, under account->profile), but I assume this is just my web account pin, not my sim pin?199Visto0likes2Comentarios
