pixel 6 pro

Just wondering if anyone else has an incorrect phone description on their account? I recently activated my 256GB White Pixel 6 Pro, in my profile it shows as a 128GB Black Pixel 6 Pro. Not sure if it matters, just concerned if I wanted to eventually trade in, or if I needed repair if it would cause an issue.Solved9.8KViews1like32Comentariosissues with my Google pixel 6 Pro preorder?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long post and to give me some help and advice. So I preordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro from T-Mobile's website, but I seem to be having a lot of issues with my order. What should I do? Because I have a feeling that I'm not going to receive my phone. That somewhere down the line you were just going to get canceled or they're going to claim that I never made an order. 1stoff when I tried to make the purchase on T-Mobile's website as soon as preorders became available, there was some type of technical issue that was confirmed by customer care who confirmed that with the IT department. Then about 3-4 hours later the website was working again and I was able to purchase the device. So after I completed the transaction I never received any confirmation email and any of my DocuSign emails that I should've received after placing the order. Which I was able to confirm on T-Mobile's website and through the app that I had an order processing. The order said that it was supposed to ship out on the 27th of October and then arrive to me in 1-2days. Then yesterday the order changed the shipping date from the 27th to the 28th. Now as of this morning (10-26), the order has completely disappeared from the T-Mobile app on the home screen, under the orders tab and on T-Mobile's website after logging into my account. On top of all this,I know people that ordered the device from the Google store, other carriers as well as T-Mobile and they've already received their device. My friend who has T-Mobile as well also preordered after me and already received his device.6.3KViews3likes64ComentariosWhat does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?
I paid off a "free" phone, upgraded my account and don't see the Pixel 6 Pro pre-order in my order status. Is this normal? If you have a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro pre-ordered, how does that appear on your account? Did you complete the device agreement signature, etc at time of pre-order? Customer service has provided an order number and assured the pre-order is in. It feels rather vague and a bit alarming that there is zero way to track the order, no way to know expected ship date, etc.Solved4.4KViews1like50ComentariosPixel 6 Pro doesnt work on 5G UC
Anyone have any ideas? I can't call or text on 5G UC. It's shows signal and on network but nothing works. I had to disable 5G and reboot my phone to get it to work. The Pixel also has trouble moving from wifi calling to mobile and will say disconnected like this even though it shows mobile connectivity. Pixel 6 Pro. Purchased from and shipped by T-Mobile. I have a Galaxy Note 9 in great condition. When I went through the process to trade it in for a Pixel 6 Pro (retail $899.99), I discovered the monthly payment for EIP doesn't add up. It says after the down payment of $149.99, shipping and taxes, there will be a credit of $86 applied after two billing cycles. The trade in credit is $450 total, so that leaves $364 in credits left to be applied over 24 months. T-Mobile says the monthly payment amount is $16.08. Given the $86 credit comes off the financed amount of the Pixel, which is 750 after the down payment, the new financed amount is $664. So now for 24 months it is $27.67. Then there is $364 credit to be applied over 24 months. That is $15.17 per month. $27.67 minus $15.17 is $12.50 per month, not $16.08. What gives???1.3KViews1like3ComentariosIs T-Mobile being really slow about rolling out Android updates to Pixel 6 phones?
I am getting messages from Google warning me that my T-Mobile phone hasn't had a security update in over 90 days. If I call T-Mobile support they direct me to Google support but if I contact Google support they direct me to T-Mobile support. But I believe I have finally come to understand that the last T-Mobile update was over 90 days ago and the Pixel 6 phones and Pixel 6 Pro phones have not had Android 12 updates since October. What is taking so long? Google had problems and it has been a terrible rollout for Pixel 6 phones but they have had January and February updates out now and T-Mobile has not made them available. It seems like a terrible rollout by both Google and T-Mobile. Are others having this experience?1.1KViews1like7ComentariosPixel 6 Pro preorder
Why would T-Mobile wait until the day my 2 Pixel 6 pro phones are supposed to ship to change the date from 10/27 to 11/12 - 11/18 2-3 weeks. They just changed it on the web site no email or anything, you would would think they knew they could not ship it on today's date and would have have let me know and at least sent a email652Visto4likes15Comentarios
