HP Printer Wireless Set up Issue
Since setting up my 5g home internet device, I am not able to connect my HP Photosmart C4599 wireless printer to it. I reinstalled it on my home computer which connects to the modem with ethernet cable. I currently have the printer set up using cable connected to home computer, but when I try to configure it over wireless, I am not able to complete the set up. I get to the point where I select my SSID and put in my password so that is all working, but then after that it fails for "MAC Address Filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting to your wireless network during setup.Temporarily disable MAC address filtering on your wireless router." I got into the router using the admin user/password but don't see an advanced option for disabling MAC address filtering. Is there a way to do this or what other options do I have? ¡Gracias por tu ayuda!
Connect Brother DCP-L2540DW printer to tmobile Home WiFi
Has anyone else successfully connected their BrotherDCP-L2540DW printer to tmobile Home WiFi? I am able to connect to the correct SSID, but when I run the printer's setup software, it cannot find the printer on the network. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
Why won't my Apple devices print using the new T-Mobile Cylinder/ Gateway router's wifi?
New Gateway Cyliner router working great, except none of our Apple products can print via wifi. "No air printers found" is the error they return when we try. I've tried to troubleshoot using both Apple and T-Mobile customer service and no one seems to be able to help. Is it because of WPS? The printer is on wifi because we can print from any other devices. If we can't figure this out, the router is going back.printer connection issues HP Envy 4500
Recently our printer lost connection with our WI-FI tower. We have the grey T Mobile tower for our home. Our IPhone and IPad, game stations (X Box, PS3, and Wii), and laptopcan still see and connect to the WI-FI, however our printer does not. It sees WI-FI from other devices that it is near enough in our neighborhood to pick up, but not the device we have. Is there a solution for this?
HP printer and internet connection
I've been trying to connect my HP ENVY 4500 printer to my home internet. My printer says the IP is not connected. The printerrecognizes my wireless network however when I try to put in the password and/or the IP address it does not accept either one. What am I doing wrong?
