61 TopicsWhy is my Pixel 3 not eligible for a new SIM card?
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years now, with very few issues. Once T-Mobile and Sprint merged I began to see the quality of my cell service drop over time, and then Ireceived an email stating that I could come in to a T-Mobile store for a "SIM swap" to take advantage of the "T-Mobile Network Experience". When I went in to the T-Mobile store, the employee told me that he could swap my SIM card in just a few minutes. Then, after putting in all of my information he said that my phone did not qualify for the SIM swap and that I would have to upgrade to a new phone to qualify. He even showed me on the computer that the system was prompting him to tell me this. I have an unlocked Pixel 3, that I purchased outright from Google two years ago. The phone is even listed as a compatible device by T-Mobile here (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/lte-band-compatible-devices). The employee at the store told me that Sprint towers are being shut down, and that my service will continue getting worse until I get a T-Mobile SIM card. It seems that T-Mobile is trying to force me in to spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone just to have decent service again. I feel like I'm being scammed here. Does anyone have information on why I can't get a T-Mobile SIM card for my Pixel 3? I've tried getting answers in store and through the customer service chat function online with no actual answer other than "Your phone doesn't qualify". I should be given a new SIM regardless of the phone if the merger is causing Sprint customers to lose service as the towers are being shut down. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. I have been on the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile customer service, technical support, and hung up on or can't hear me during conversations with them for the last two days. As soon as I hit my neighborhood area I have no cell service nor can I get Internet on my cell phone. I've been told the tower is down for the last two days and nobody has an explanation or a timeframe of when it will be fixed except ASAP. This is very frustrating and I am one day away from dropping this company and going to Verizon. This is unacceptable my husband has lost multiple leads for his business due to this . I need an answer right now of when my service will have more than one bar located on my phone. I can't even openan appor listen to music on my phone when I take my dog for a walk and that is unacceptable I am furious right now. The only way I can do anything is if I'm on Wi-FiI pay way too much money on auto pay every month to go through this. I have done everything the technical help department has asked to no avail. So this must be issues with the tower.Has anyone else in this area has these issues? I need THE Sprint/T-Mobileto respond today and NOT FROM INDIA, MEXICO, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES THE US.149Visto2likes2ComentariosWelcome Sprint Community!

Came from Sprint with 5 lines. Had the Tidal account Sprint provided for free and my daughter used it heavily. She created many many playlists that are dear to her. She had done the initial set up via Sprint and was working great for many years. She never created a Tidal username and password when she was prompted. The app just worked on her phone based on the original set up through Sprint. She just got a new iPhone and did a back up and restore. Unfortunately the Tidal account had her logged out. She did not have any information on how to log back in because as a user her account was set up through Sprint, and she never updated the account with an email and password. Now she cannot get into her account, thinks she has lost all of her playlists built up over many years (having a meltdown). Tidal tech support said if we can provide the original username of the account they can help get her connected to her account again. How can you get that original username if this was part of the original Sprint set up? Anybody know or been through this? I called T-Mobile customer support. I had a discussion, and was on hold alot, and it seemed like the person I was speaking with understood, but I am not sure. He said he has to send this information to the back office and they may be able to provide you a link to get back to the account. Don't know if that is a thing or not. I would appreciate anyone's help or insight.112Visto1like1ComentarioT-Mobile's Alarming Changes to Legacy Sprint Plans
Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up an issue I've been facing with my legacy Sprint plan and the recent changes to the included services. As of September 1, 2023, I received notice that the TIDAL music service, which was originally part of my legacy Sprint plan, has been discontinued. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time T-Mobile has made changes to services associated with legacy Sprint accounts. Just earlier this year, on April 1, 2023, they also discontinued the "Amazon Prime on us" service for some legacy Sprint plans, without providing any suitable alternatives for either Amazon Prime or TIDAL music. I reached out to T-Mobile's customer support about the loss of my TIDAL music service, and their proposed solution is to offer me a one-year free Pandora subscription. However, comparing Pandora to TIDAL music is like comparing apples to oranges, given the significant difference in quality and features. To make matters worse, the proposed solution includes a one-year free subscription followed by a requirement to pay for it afterward. I've spent quite a few hours on the phone with customer service, and it's been frustrating trying to find a better solution. I'm seriously considering seeking legal advice at this point to determine whether the discontinuation of services like TIDAL music and Amazon Prime is grounds for a class action lawsuit or if it raises questions about the merger agreement that was put in place. I'd appreciate any advice or input from those who may have experienced similar issues or have knowledge in this area. Has anyone else faced a similar situation, and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for any help or insights you can provide. --- Source: Amazon Prime | Sprint Support TIDAL offer ending | Asistencia de T-Mobile1.3KViews1like3ComentariosT-Mobile® SyncUP KIDS™ Watch (Sprint)
Hello, Is anyone having issues with the SyncUp Kids Watch 1.5, that is a Sprint customer? I just got my watch today and when I go the app, I created a TMobile ID using my email. When I go to pair the watch, it says "Watch has wrong rate plan. Please contact Customer Care and let our team know your watch has an invalid rate plan." I have the Unlimited Watch Plan for $15/month. When I called Customer service they switched the plan to the other one, 500mb plan, and it still wasn't working. We've restarted the watch multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I spent hours on the phone with customer service as well the chat sessions. No one has been able to help. They say they have never had this issue, I know that this is the newer version of the watch. Hoping someone is able to help! I'm stuck.Solved2.6KViews1like27ComentariosHas Sprint Enabled Youtube's Restricted Mode?
