Is there a way for me to get a copy of either my bills or payment history from 2017-2019 when I was a Sprint customer? I know those are aged bills, but I wanted to know can this be done. I am in need of at least the payment history for those years while I was with sprint.462Visto0likes2ComentariosWelcome Sprint Community!

I recently ported anAT&T cell phone numberto Sprint T-Mobile (I'm a legacy Sprint customer). However, the phone cannot receive calls. It is an iPhone XR. When calling the number, the message states that the phone numberis not in service. Everything else works - outgoing calls can be made and the number/phone receives and sends texts, FaceTime works for both incoming and outgoing. We have been to the T-Mobile store and they have been on the phone with the help line. In addition, we have called the help line three times. No one can figure out the problem to be able to fix it. All of the phone's settings are set to allow incoming calls, i.e. DND for voice is turned off. Any suggestions from anyone?461Visto0likes5ComentariosFormer Sprint customer - international roaming and data
I had a Sprint Unlimited My Way account, where I was never charged for data or calls in Europe (Sprint would connect to Vodaphone). I don't know what I have now since this merger - I did notice that it says Canada and Mexico included but is Europe no longer included? I cannot get one single solitary soul on the phone at TMobile to answer this question.142Visto0likes2ComentariosWhy i have to download the Bill?
I don't want to download,I just want to view the bill. I was sprint customer and their website was pretty good. Their page navigation was pretty fast unlike T-mobile(just name is big). Sprint use to help me view the overview of my Bill and it has corresponding name to the my family numbers, which was pretty easy to identify but with T-mobile, it will download my bill and i have to match the number with name to split my bill.42Visto0likes0Comentariosextra sim card?
We ordered a Samsung S21 5G as part of the merge from Sprint and it arrived with the Sim card in the box and with an additional Sim packaged separately (also listed separately on the packing slip). Both are T-mobile. Does it matter which we use? And what should we do with the other?1.2KViews0likes5Comentarios
