I bought this cell phone in international trade, brand new imei 1: 35 288911 266950 2 imei 2: 35 288911 214641 0 Question 2: Can I hire sprint if I am international (Chile)? Would this help anything?

I have exactly the same problem. I bought the xrtwo months ago TT I'm from Chile, I bought it on alixpress. And I really don't understand why it has a block from this company, if it was brand new. my question is If I contract the international SPRINT service. Will I have any chance of help? please¡¡
