The app used to have a pull down and you could go back months to view usage on different cycles. The pull-down menu disappeared and now you only can go back 3 months? Been monitoring daily usage because I'm on tiered data plan. (Wish I could switch) Before I could access by clicking on "USAGE" tab but that changed overnight. I started reporting it weeks ago and may expert technician indeed called me daily Mo-Fr, but never explained that the problem is known. I have 6 lines in my account attached to ONE plan. The last usage entry was 1/26/2023 just a month ago. My problem: I have no back ups for the end of January or February til date to bill my clients, I got extremelyworried since I thought I was a single case. Now I feel a bit better, but the problem is not solved. It is hard to believe that such a big company is taking this long to get this done. Mind you I am a client since 2005 and am proud to be with T-mobile. B U T what is next and how do I catch up?230Visto4likes3Comentarios
