I already call and report fault couple times and the issue still here!!! So who can tell me how to solve it? Why I can't see any benefit after I UPGRADE my plan? So far I find out I can't see any benefit from my T-Mobile account. I still can use one free Netflix account but I can't find my AAA membership as Tmobile customer said I should got one. And I also can not check any benefit from the website.
