Re: Phone Freedom
jimmyweda wrote: Why are the "phone on us" and "add a line" deals are for the new Go5G plans while leaving out the Magenta Max 55+ or Veterans in the dirt. I'd like to get an iPhone 15 Pro on them by adding a line. This is so irritating that long time members are hidden in the closet when deals are put out. I have the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8+5G Tablet and have stayed with T-Mobile even though I get horrible up/down data speeds where I live. The worse part about that is their coverage map show my area as saturated with 5GUC and everything below. 5GUC with strong 5 bars and it's like 3G/4G weak signals. They won't even provide home internet but I'm wondering if it's because the signals aren't true. T-Mobile, have you abandoned your loyal customers as you try to climb to the top? That will eventually backfire on you as customers are getting tired of feeling neglected. And as Bud Lite and other companies have found out, customers realize they have lots of power by getting together and spending their money elsewhere. I hope you guys wake up and start giving your current customers better deals while trying to bribe new customers. @jimmyweda if you really look at the Magenta & Go 5G Plans & Compared the Unlimited Plans, the benefits, the offers, and random deals. Plus not being locked into the plan for any period of time, rather Making the device upgrade deals better, sooner. However, at this point, you should be paying very little for your device monthly because they no longer lease the phones out,the give you an outright purchase with a considerable amount of the cost absorbed by your trade in. The even better part is, that you can get a phenomenal deal on new phones, from Samsung directly & Trade your previous device to them, and they usually have offers to get free storage upgrades, free Buds or Watches, free bonus Samsung Credit to apply to anything else at your time of purchase. They usually will give you the top amount for trade-in's for the last 2 years of new phones, but you can trade in any Samsung device towards your new phone. They did a deal to trade in the (Note 5 phone)even if damaged or not working and you got $600 for each one. I had 2 of em. But there was some reason they were trying to collect the Note 5's, maybe they had some gold or copper electrical parts in them. Because the Note 20 was only getting 500 trade in. So after you do that you can take a (New Line) to T-Mobile and it would qualify for all the offers T-Mobile has, like maybe free Buds or Tablet plus paying off any remaining amount owed for devices on your account, or the will do a BOGO on a new line. Samsung & T-Mobile have literally offered me some ridiculous things over the last year. I have a Galaxy S22 5G Ultra with Free Upgraded Storage, I have BudsPro, BudsPro2, (Watch 6 Lte free from T-Mobile just because, it just requires a Paired Data with Digits Line, And the Watch Monthly is 14.50, & wearable data line 7.50, with a credit from Samsung of 14.50 & T-Mobile for 7.50 so it cost nothing. As long as I keep the Digits data line for 24 months, plus $5 per line auto pay credit. Plus i have Hulu Live Tv, Netflix, Apple+ with MLS Season Pass, MLB TV, Google One premium For 12 moths, Microsoft 365 One Drivefor 1 yr, Spotify, Amazon Prime For $5 ddollar's including Prime Video (Sprint Legacy), Paramount & Peacock (Sprint Legacy) plus I qualify for discount prices from the Partner program on both Samsung and T-Mobile plans, devices and accessories. You just need to know how to maximize your offers. Most people don't realize they have special discounts for stuff through their employment or if students. Also i have been with Sprint,Nextel,Sprint,T-Mobile for over 25 years now. So i always get loyalty offers.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: For all SPRINT customers. READ THIS!

So I noticed alot of people cannot see their device usage details...Your Device Usage information has been migrated to the T-Mobile side of billing. If you have not already...set up a T-Mobile ID and follow directions to setup T-Mobile account and use your current Sprint email address but put in Forgot Password and change your Sprint Password on the T-Mobile side. USE The T-Mobile App. It actually does communicate with the site when installed so if you have had the T-Mobile app on your device for a while then uninstall and re-install it. You should be able to see recent usage now. Also request ur data from Sprint customer service and they will email it to you. Next. PROMO OFFERS are for Trade In Credit UP To $1000 which means...whatever device is being traded in is assigned a Trade In value based on the device & condition. You might have a device that you feel is new but it is still considered used. Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G Device is worth 500 to 800 depending on the exact details. So you will be told pricing based on the Full Available Trade In Amount but you will not qualify for it. So keep in mind when they receive the device and do the diagnostic check then you will be given 24 equal monthly device credits. So if you get 600 for the trade in then you will get 24 credits of 25 dollars on T-Mobile Plans. However. SAMSUNG IS CURRENTLY OFFERING THE SAME TRADE IN VALUE INSTANTLY & then you can finance through them. Now keep in Mind That you may have a Sprint Lease that needs to be paid off also. Samsung is Giving you an enhanced Trade-In value of up to another 300 as long as you follow the carrier's Plan requirements of a 2 yr Mobile plan. You can then take the new Device to T-Mobile and Setup the plans & phone as if you are a Brand New Customer. So cheaper plans, free Watch or Tabs, All the extra Streaming & Services that T-Mobile is offering. So They are offering to pay off current contracts with gift cards. So you don't actually need to Trade In the device to T-Mobile just keep all the information Samsung Sends you about the Trade-In value & Bring your remaining payoff amount to T-Mobile. That's the only way to combine multiple offers. T-Mobile does not combine their offers on plans and devices. Also Samsung is Giving instant accessory credits to get buds,Watches, cases, whatever. Remember that Sprint billing is completely different than T-Mobile Plans. Sprint did 2 yr LEASE DEALS. So you are required to trade in or payoff entire balances. T-Mobile does 2yr Mobile plans with device Purchase Options. Which means you own it after 24 payments. https://www.samsung.com/us/trade-in/ https://www.t-mobile.com/offers I will also continue with the difference between Sprint Unlimited Plans & Magenta Max Unlimited plans is very different in That Sprint considered Data Only lines for Watches & Tablets as actual mobil lines...so They gave you 4 lines of Unlimited for 160/month b4 tax & fees. But they at one point were including up to 5 or 6 lines on the Sprint Max Unlimited Plan. T-Mobile charges By Phone Lines for Their Magenta plans minimum 3/lines 40 per line everything included except Data lines for accessories. Those will not qualify for the Special pricing. There was a 4th line free offer but I'm not sure if it still exists. So the way T-Mobile breaks their bills down is Simple Line by Line everything included in that Line price whether it's An Unlimited Plan or Price Lock Plan it's simplified by 1 price equal for each line. Sprint was complicated in That your 1st line was 65 dollars plus tax, 2nd was 55 plus tax, and then the lines after were broken down by features, data plans and automatic billing credits b4 taxes.13Visto0likes0ComentariosFor all SPRINT customers. sliderule43 wrote: A lot of complaints on phone trade in not honored. As a probable new customer, am I correct in this thought process. The promo says, up to $ 800 with trade. ™️ says the trade in value is only $ 130. You get a reply saying your phones qualifies for only $ 100. That means the promo portion would be either $ 700, or $ 670. People are posting photos of a $ 100, when they expected $ 800. Won't the promo part show up later.? It's just not that clear. NEGATIVE! So Trade-In value is up to $800 depending on the device and condition. So if you are trading in an S22 Ultra 5G in perfect condition you would currently owe around 600 to 800 on your current lease. The Trade In value on the S22 will be $600 from T-mobile therefore they are essentially paying off your remaining payoff amount over the next 24 months. So $600 ÷24 = $25 dollars a month credit. Now add in your new device cost of 1200 to 2000k and you still have a 50 dollar/month device payment plus the 25 you owed on previous lease which is being paid by T-Mobile each month. Now you can Sign up for a New Magenta Maxx Unlimited Plan and you may qualify for another $400 Credit. Trick is you cannot combine 2 T-Mobile offers, however if you go through the Samsung Website and Trade your device in to Samsung they will give you an instant $600 Credit. Then you can pay over 12 months through them or you can go directly to T-Mobile from the Samsung site and get whatever offer they are offering to new customers. T-Mobile is Giving new lines a S23 + free with 2 yr Device plan. Which means you're not going to be getting the phone for a week or more from Samsung anyway so finance through them..get the extra 100 dollars accessory credit & Go to T-Mobile when the new phone comes. You'll get Whatever New Device Plan T-Mobile is offering to new customers and you will get a Watch or Tablet free with line activation. https://www.t-mobile.com/offers10Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How do I check if my account was in the breach?
AdamSEA wrote: T-mobile recently announced a data breach and right about that time all of my information attached to my account had significant amounts of intrusion. It took me over a week to move everything over to a new secure email address. With my email they got access to a lot of my other accounts and with the combination of my credit card information and email they were able to intrude my credit card's account and attempted to redeem my rewards on a bunch of Victoria's Secret gift cards. I'm very sure this is a result of their data breach, I haven't done much with my email and that credit card was relatively new. Is there some way to verify if my personal information was breached? It was. That's why T-mobile is giving away secure wi-fi and Like 2 dollar Macafee. There will be more to come. Just depends on what info they got. Change everything like yesterday, better safe than sorry.13Visto0likes0Comentarios
