Re: This is BS
Anyone notice they're still getting billed but denied by the companies for the billing such as Hulu or Disney? I literally am still getting billed for something that I'm not able to use unless I pay for it separately with my bank account as Google does not give it an option to pay through them anymore and they haven't for quite some time.26Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Excellent signal, no connection
I had T-Mobile home internet for a little while at my apartment where I got mediocre coverage. Wasn't really too much of an issue. I could usually troubleshoot it.. as soon as I moved I spent over 6 months trying to troubleshoot including getting a whole new modem! They have a couple different brand modems. One of them is known for issues! The black one with the digital writing on the top was the one that gave me the most issues. I traded that one in. I think there was one by Nokia.. eventually I wound up leaving and just going to Comcast for 60 bucks a month because every ounce of troubleshooting and having them de-prioritize me regardless of telling me they weren't going to was just not worth it. I needed solid internet for my kids to do there online work at home. Their internet service is not quality21Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Tmobile had a data breach in August 2021 and now my SSN has been found on the dark web
I love the customer service peeps hate the corporate assholes at top .. fiduciary this ! Lol my private info gets leaked through the last 25 yrs with TMO and my bill gets more expensive for less quality! I stay for the customer support literally!7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Can't download bill anymore!
pbrunnen wrote: Hello. Disgruntled customer here... Since the website redesign I can no longer download my bill. When I click the (erroneously labeled) download button, it opens a new tab with some stupid "streaming bill" garbage and I have no way to Save the freaking PDF file. WTF is up with this?? To add insult to injury here, every time I click the 'contact us' or support buttons it throws me to the company dashboard page. Completely useless... So, now I'm here. Maybe someone can fix? -Peter. Meant to put that in towards T-Mobile on Saturday. Responded to you lol. Either way, we'll both angry 🤣🍻 magentatechie wrote: Hey there! I'm sorry the website is giving you such a headache! Ever since T-Mobile got their internet rolled out, everything has started to go crazy with the billing! I've tried to return multiple devices and they're charging me over $600 on my bill and expect me to make a payment plan! My bill is not always the smallest but it is definitely not supposed to be more than 300 a month tops and that's with three lines and two phones that I'm paying for because one of them got lost at UPS and now I have to continue paying for it! Literally had to eat the phone that I traded in for my upgrade. I have two payments left so it would be silly for me to even bother to fight it, but I'm at a point where my bill is so irregular and their system overriding everything that you talk to the people about on T-Mobile 611.. It's like you never have the conversation sometimes! The thing that kills me is if you combine the amount of time I've been with T-Mobile. Overall, it's been about 17 years. For the past 7 I've been with T-Mobile again.. I had switched out, tried different providers. Came back to T-Mobile because it was always consistent! Now I have found that they bit off more. They can chew with the Sprint purchase and ever since then my billing has completely sucked like horrible. Like I don't even want to stay with the company anymore. I'm at that point!5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Billing Issues - Overcharge No Resolution
I would recommend that if you were a previous Sprint customer that you switch over to the T-Mobile platform. The reason the service is so horrendous as of late is because T-Mobile purchased Sprint but have to honor the contracts of Sprint customers and because it's now trying to blend both services with different bandwidths it's congesting it! Their internet is supposed to be run off of the Sprint band. But I can say that I've had some issues with their billing lately and I've been with T-Mobile for 7 years. So you're not alone! I feel like since they are merger service & $, has gone downhill for both parties!4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Trade-in amount
sunnydayzzz wrote: Initially I was excited to switch to T-mobile. The sales reps in the store were very helpful at explaining the promotions we could take advantage of as new T-mobile customers and we were confident we understood what our bill would be every month. We were able to buy 2 Samsung S22s for the price of 1 phone and trade our old phones in for $400 credit….or so we thought. Two different in store sales representatives looked at our old phones and told us that we should receive the $400 credit for each device. At no point did the representatives warn us that we might not receive the $400 credit and they asked what model of phone we had to insure we would receive this trade in value. They even told us that initially the phone's trade in credit would say $30 but once the phones were received that it would be changed to $400 and we would see this trade in credit on our bill spread out over 24 months. It has been ~4 months and we have only received $30 credit for each phone. When I contacted T-mobile to double check why I saw $30 on one month, the rep assured me that I would see ongoing $30 for each phone for each month. Well, this still hasn't occurred. Now dealing with a different online rep, they are telling me that I only have the buy 2 for 1 phone promotion. So it feels very misleading that what the in store sales reps are telling us does not match what the online reps are saying. The online reps are making it sound like this trade in offer does not exist and are telling me that the fair market value of the phone would be applied of $30.I'm just disappointed and I was expecting what the sales reps at the store had explained and that was my expectation, I wouldn't have traded in my old phone for $30. Or at the very least if the store reps had told me that the trade in value could vary I would have understood. Now the online reps are telling me that expectation was wrong andthat the promotion didn't exist and they just keep reminding me that I have the promotion of buying 2 phones for 1. Hon Don't deal with the people in store. Always call 611!!!! The store associates and some of them. Third party stores, not even the initial original. T-Mobile stores and they are very limited! I couldn't even get the guy at my local T-Mobile to print out a label to return modems! But when I called 611 they assured me and sent me labels made sure I didn't get charged and everything of that nature! The only time dealing with the store is good is if you already spoken to a representative already set up an arrangement and deal and then all you had to do was go to a store. Have them call and confirm the deal that you had made or just deal with them directly over the phone! Payments and new plans. That's what's good about the T-Mobile stores but unless you go to one that's been around for a long time and is original store not a third party store.. You're not guaranteed. Anything and chances are as they can't help you as much7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Trade-in amount

But in the first monthbill t was not reflected (aprox $33.33 credit should applied). When I asked they mentioned I need to wait for 2 bill cycles to adjust the trade-in amounts. After 3rd bill also it is not reflected. Now they are telling $800 trade-in amount was wrong and I will get only $200 trade-in amount. If they say this I wouldn't even took a new phone. My old phone is in perfect condition and working nicely. With this kind of false promise/offers they are giving me trouble and demanding the monthly extract amount ? Being a T-Mobile management request you to sort this issue and help me to get my $800 trade-in amount. I but I am getting a little sick of their money hungry antics that they used to not have! I have a Google pixel 6 and Google is an issue itself. Their phones are very compatible with a lot of networks. You have to have your phone unlocked to even have communication! Which is ridiculous! But I'm being offered $70 for my Google pixel 6 so I can upgrade to a seven which makes 0 sense. I just changed from the magenta Max plan which I'm still currently paying for and won't be reflected until 2 months down the line and I'm being denied extra on my trade-in because I don't have magenta Max anymore!?4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
I'm over in the Northeast Boston Mass, about 20 minutes north.. 3. Mi from my last address which I had great service... And literally since I moved in June I've had the worst service and internet service ever... I love T-Mobile in their customer service. They are usually willing to do whatever they can! However, not all their techs are trained the same and if you go through the app into the help area to the technical support number, it is actually a different technical support that you get when you just call the basic 611. I had one rep telling me I had absolutely no service in my area and that I should just cancel it. Where it said I have extended 5G 4G LTE range and I can actually see the tower from my bedroom window. I just recently bought a Google Wi-Fi range extender router.. does seem to help. However, because T-Mobile service is still getting a spotty reception, the Google Wi-Fi does go down at least once a day when the Google Wi-Fi is working. It definitely helps increase the T-Mobile router. I used to have the original 5G router that they placed out which was made by Nokia. Absolutely terrible, overheating like no one's business.. I'm constantly getting spam messages.. after switching it definitely made a small improvement.. I understand having some high traffic areas but like other people are complaining when you pay 3 to $400 a month for four lines and internet plus phones on the plan. It's an awful lot of money to put out to have 50/50 coverage! I still even have my old Wi-Fi range extenders from T-Mobile to help draw even more of a signal in which they don't even offer anymore... Lol it's tough. One technology is changing like this.. But at the end of the day they really should be offering people that have to call more than three times a month to deal with internet issues.. The person that helped me last had me do something a little bit different. This time They had me unplug my router and keep it unplugged while they can figured my network from the other end. Once they were done then I plugged my router back in and it seemed to help improve slightly for sure... But still 60/40 is not that much better than 50/50 lol I hope they get this figured out soon because if this persists, I can see a class action lawsuit happening in the future! You can't take people's money without guaranteeing something.. or what's the point of having the service in the first place? At the end of the day, not every single contract is going to stand tall. It's going to be on the side of the consumer eventually! But at least they have really excellent dedicated technicians and people willing to go out of their way to help you on the other line. That's the one thing I can say about how much I love. T-Mobile is their customer service is good! I remember back in the day starting out at a kiosk with cellular one which eventually became singular wireless and then turned into AT&t... That service was pure s***..lol call you after 9:00 when it's free 🤣🤣 So I think I'm a little more appreciative of the changing technology and everything going on. However, it would be nice to see better service all around!5Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: pixel 6 WiFi issue
