12 years and T mobile cant help me set up a new courtesy payment arrangement
Hello my T mobile Acct # 821808471 was told by a representative name Cherry v. that my services would not be interrupted . guess what my services are interrupted. I am disabled vet i receive a check. once a month been with T mobile customer for 12 years . I can pay when I recieve my check I owe $600 . T mobile stated someone will call me in 24 hours no one never called I go take my medicine. check on my phone it's disconnected. l also have the chat informationT mobile disconnect service after telling me everything was fine

Hello I've been a T mobile customer for 11 years . but recently had a family emergency and money been tight and I'm a disable vet I talked to Elsa from T mobile and she stated my service will not be interrupted until I receive my disability check on May 24 2023 but T mobile still not willing to keep my services on . especially after 11 years of service and when Elsa from T mobile stated my services will not be interrupted . I need help with my bill especially after 10 years .and they are willing to terminate my service. I am disable in a wheelchair I recieve my diasble check on the 29th of January. they should allow my phone to stay on until the 29th and then I can pay the entire bill.T mobile want to terminate my services after 10 years of loyal service
Hello my email is ******************* My name is Tommy I've been a T mobile customer for 10 years. recently got in financial trouble . I am a retired firefighter got hurt on the job now I am collecting a disability pension check. a T mobile customer rep name Mari. assured me my services will not be terminate until January 29th 2023 is when I recieve my disability check. she even sent me a email assuring Me my services will not be terminated. But now T mobile is saying they are not honoring the request and are willing to terminate my services before the 29th. this horrible I have no other way to communicate I thought The T mobile guarantee for 10 years of loyal service stood for something but I guess not 😥Re: customer care mail
Hello my I recieve a message from. T mobile stated my phone services will not be terminated until the 29th of January. I am a retired firefighter and im in a wheel chair . I recieve a disability pension check on the 29 . I even have a email from Maria who stated my service will not be terminated. but T mobile said they are not honoring it. I've been a T mobile customer for 10 years this is horrible
