How can I tell if my account is eligible for the new promotion “ 2022 BYOD Line P1 “?

The only people who can answer if you qualify for it, is Customer Care or the T-Force Team. Reach out to Customer Care via 611 from your T-Mobile line and speak to someone who can access your account and confirm eligibility. There will be a $35 one-time fee but for that fee, they will 2 Day air you a new SIM at no additional charge. That fee must be paid before the promotional line can be added. To reach out to the T-Force Team, send them a direct message on Facebook or Twitter to inquire if you qualify for the free line promo.

So I took the time to log into my account and click the Support button up top, which allows you to just chat with them. I asked if I was eligible for this and they looked into it and found I was, to which I added the line. I did this just a few minutes ago, so I highly encourage you to call/text/chat with them to see if you're eligible!

Does the Free line promotion remove if changing the phone area code?

It shouldn't. The line is still the same line, just with a different number.

Thanks for replying. I see the promotion code on my discount and promotion section. However, when I go to my account overview, I don't see it. Do you know how long the Tmobile's system update?

It probably won't show up in there until your first bill after the promotion has been applied. If.you billing date was close to the time you had the promotion added, it might take two billing cycles.

I would wait for your next bill. If it doesn't apply correctly, then reach out to the T-Force Team via DM on Facebook or Twitter or give Customer Care a call to get it resolved.

Dont believe that it will show up after the bill. Follow up and make sure it shows up in your promotions. If not there contact customer service and find out why, Get documentation.
