International Roaming in Japan Stopped Working
I'm traveling in Japan. I have international data roaming included in my plan. My phone connected immediately after landing and worked fine for a couple of days. All of a sudden I cannot connect to any phone services. I'm only able to use Wifi for data and calls.
Checked my settings and it seems correct.
T-Mobile help line has a 2 hour wait.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hey there! Super weird for it to suddenly stop like that. Plus a 2 hour wait for support!! Wow :(
First thing I would double check is that your wifi calling setting is NOT set to never use cellular network. That'll stop things in their tracks when not connected to wifi.
After that, try our Problemas con el servicio mientras viajas en el exterior. | Página de asistencia de T-Mobile
There are some basic settings checks and steps that usually resolve issues while you're traveling.

Thank you for the assistance. Unfortunately I already tried those steps without success.
I'll continue trying

Oh no! Does your phone show any signal bars or data indicators at all? (E, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G)
When you tried the manual network selection, did you have any options available? When connecting, did they give you an error or just no signal?

Have ypu moved around the country from when you first arrived? Your device might not support a band for service in the specific region/city you might currently be visiting. Data goes very fast when roaming. You may have exhausted all of the data included in your plan and might need to purchase an international roaming package to restore your service. VoLTE may also be needed by the roaming oartner, which won't work if you have exhausted all of your high speed data while roaming.

Issue resolved itself. I installed an eSIM. When that plan ran out, I un-installed it and my Tmobile started connecting again.
