Is there a specific link to compliment the customer service representatives?
Dennis has a great attitude! He was very kind, patient, and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and addressed and taken care of! On top of that, he was quick with his service!
I don't know if any of the representatives can pick their own waiting music, but if they do, he had such a good song on for the wait! "Hello, it's Me" by Todd Rundgren! Instantly made me think of my grandma (she loves that song) and it made waiting enjoyable 😊

I would like to thank "Jessa" a T-Mobile customer service rep, for helping me get my account squared away and also get my T-Mobile app access corrected. I would like to acknowledged the high level of customer service quality received from "Jessa". She was extremely patient, kind, professional and helpful. she exceeded my expectations.

I love that you got a great experience and a connection that reminded you of family. Quick resolutions are great, but that genuine connection is what we really strive for. I will make sure to pass along this feedback so that everyone knows that Dennis is doing things the right way.
