lied by agent in store
I was informed by a sales agent at the store that if I switched to the 5G Next plan, my bill would increase by $30. However, in reality, my bill went up by $100. When I called customer care to inquire about the bill, the agent stated that they weren't present during the conversation and couldn't confirm what I was told by the sales representative, but my bill was $300. I was at a loss for words. I informed the agent that I intended to terminate my T-Mobile service and hung up the call. I plan to visit the store tomorrow to speak with the salesperson and, if necessary, terminate my T-Mobile contract and switch to another carrier. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business, by misleading customers. I will also consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Ever since Sprint and TMobile merged I've and nothing but issues like you. They keep screwing me over w the bill too. It's disgusting. And NO ONE IN THE STORES KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. I've been w the company 22 yrs too. I'm thinking AT&T is where I'm going to.

I went to store and the sale representative went through my bill and found that both my lines are being charged(35+50). She said this should auto correct in the next billing cycle. If not she can escalate the issue. She also gave her cell phone number along with a visiting card and asked me to visit the store next month if the issue is not resolved. So got little confidence on tmobile now but I am really upset about the fact that the customer care agents have very little knowledge.
