Magenta Military

When I switched over to Tmobile I was told my bill would be like $100 less than what it is and now they won't accept my husbands Military ID. They don't give me the option to put it under his name and obviously gets rejected because the names don't match I have called customer service multiple times and get the same thing from them just upload it and it will be accepted and it doesn't. I am so over this. Switching feels like a mistake at this point. 

  • since you are designated as the primary you will need to contact TMO and have them switch it to him. technically you must give permission for this to happen.

  • I looked into my account and it shows I am,  but he is suppose to be or that's the way it was suppose to be set up when we switched. Is there any way that we can change who the primary account holder is?
