MLB.TV 23 Not working after one week

So I redeemed my MLB.TV offer last Tuesday and it redirected me to my MLB app. When I redeemed it on there my Apple pay thing popped up and it showed the free T-mobile offer, I just had to use my face ID on my Iphone to redeem it. Everything worked fine until today 4/5/23 when I had no access to any of the games. I called MLB first and they said since I redeemed it with Apple pay to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and they said since it was an IN-app purchase to contact T-mobile to see if they can offer me a new code. I called t-mobile and finally after an hour of explaining my situation they gave me a new code for mlb.tv but they said to contact MLB to redeem the code. So I contacted MLB to redeem the code because there is no where on the mlbtv website to redeem it and they said I would have to redeem it on the Tmobile tuesday app but since the promotion is over they don't know how to help me input the code. I need help with my situation if possible or if there is a T-mobile Rep that has knowledge of this promotion and can help me use this code somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. I have always used this promotion since it became a thing and never had issues before.

    Same, they had this promo last year and it worked fine. I redeemed this year and it allows only access to the free content. I spoke with support over chat a couple days ago and said it should be fixed or someone will contact me. Neither has happened. I'll attempt to chat again but I am willing see if I can pay for it if they apply a bill credit if all else fails. TBC

    ...and MLB is wondering why they are losing fans.

    In this day and age of technology, why is this so difficult?  Create a unique SSO for T-Mobile customers. One click, done.  Handle all the business logic in the background. 

     

  • Gracias @tomwil !  I have spent three hours with T-Mobile customer support and no luck.  This is frustrating.  I will keep trying….

  • I have the same issue!  I am on a customer service chat as we speak.  So far there has been no progress.  I don't even think the understand the problem.  Someone please help!
