Ordered phones online, cant create account.

Hey there, I recently ordered 3 phones online. Before the phones arrived I thought I'd create an account and get myself familiar with their app and website.

 

It's asking for a phone number. Just says number not found. Also anyone else have any experience on what I do when I get the phones? It's going to have numbers ported over from att. I thought it was weird it didn't ask me for account number and transfer pin. 

 

Just wondering how easy or difficult it will be once phones arrive.

    I hate to tell you but I'm dealing with the same thing and have been dealing with it since the 14th of August. I ordered three phones online through their prepaid service with physical SIM cards because I had an error trying to order the esim. At first they couldn't find my order once I received the phones with the order number, the tracking number, my email or the screenshot I provided of the order confirmation. I've spoke with nine advisors now and two of them were managers at a physical location, but none of them could seem to figure out how to fix the account and get everything activated. It's been almost a month later now and officially I have the phone numbers that were assigned to my account and my account number but there's a processing error? I don't at this point I'm ready to request a full refund and what my hands clean of T-Mobile all together. Hopefully it doesn't become this frustrating for you but so far it has been nothing but a huge headache.
