Prepaid Payment. Invalid Zipcode
Hola,
I am trying to pay my account for prepaid. I input all the information and when i get to the zipcode section, the webpage tells me the zipcode I enter is "invalid". I am paying with a foriegn card. I have done this in the past with no problem and the payment page even allows my country to be selected. Ordinarily i would think that there is a restriction on a foriegn card being used, but the page allows other countries to be selected and i have paid this way in the past. Is T-Mobile using only US database for zipcode verification on transactions?
Any help on how to pay this is appreciated.

Have you tried using the ZIP for the address you used when you signed up for your prepaid service? As an alternative, have your credit card company add a US address as a secondary address on your credit card and use that address for making a payment with T-Mobile.
Did you have any luck with this? I have the same issue. Was working fine on Autopay until my foreign acct visa expired and i had a reissued one.
