sorry we're not ready for you yet message

"Sorry, we're not ready for you yet." This error message is what is been displayed for well over a year now. What is the reason for the existence of this app if it's never going to work or be fixed? You could likely get a competitors developer to finish it up for you, like I say it's been broken well over a year. It doesn't instill a sense of confidence regarding my mobile carriers competence. It seems all the tech agents know is how to say "Be happy, everything's great, smile", etc. It seems to me that the prudent thing to do would be to hire qualified Tech Agents rather than Walmart greeters.

Apparently the app is for postpaid accounts only.

Same here I’d appreciate it if anyone can share what is going on
