T-Mobile Account Hacked
My T-moile account da been hacked they changed my email to this one “bbellerose31@gmail.com” they changed my pre-paid to a biguest one and tried to purchase thing for the amount $1077
This is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation who don’t have account access.
Try using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media account to see if the can help. They are a higher tier of support.
