Trade In Questions
Do customers have to finance the phone in order to take advantage of the trade in offer? (Can we pay full amount to purchase and still get the trade in value? It is really annoying how aggressive the sales people are in your stores when they push the financing option.)
Also, there seems to be a lot of frustration from customers about trading in a phone with expectation of getting a certain amount only to find they are given substantially less. Can customers return their newly-purchased phone for a full refund within a certain period of time if they are disappointed by the trade-in offer for their old phone?

Each promo has its own terns and conditions. It is highly recommended to read them. You can return your new device, usually within 14 days, but if you have already sent your trade-in to Assurant or Asurion. It will not be returned to you.
