Usage page is Broken
What happen to the Usage page? It no longer gives usage information. Instead it shows a Manage Data button. This has been a recurring issue in the past intermittently. But now it seems to be permanently broken.
Can T-Mobile please fix the USAGE page? Thanks.
Hello all. I posted in the other thread (USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | Comunidad de T-Mobile), but I am so excited that I wanted to say here too: This issue is now officially resolved and usage details are back to normal. 😁 I recommend logging out of your account and clearing history before you try again. I did on my account and it is loading like normal. YAY!!

Does this occur after the end of the billing cycle?

I’ve never noticed any correlation between this Usage page issue and the billing cycle.

I don't check my usage that often but I've noticed if I do check at the end of my billing cycle they're not updating.

I have also noticed my usage was last updated on January 24th. What's up T-Mobile???
