phone number transfer with old broken phone
What am I to do if my old iPhone is broken and I need to transfer my new phone number to it? Since I can't turn it on, I can't use that old phone to help transfer the number in any way.

Remove the SIM card from the old phone and place the SIM in the new phone. If your old device was using an eSIM. You will need to visit a T-Mobile store to purchase a new eSIM or pSIM for your number.
