I also rely on dual-SIM with my s23 Ultra. Samsung's dialer is pretty much way behind every other out there. Installing the Google Dialer doesn't get native Visual Voicemail active in the dialer. Even the dual-SIM options for how data and texts are handled are absolutely terrible for Samsung's default apps. Texting an MMS through the Samsung Messages app on the not set to default SIM has the message fail until you switch the default SIM. Google Messages is pretty much the same, if you can even get it to recognize dual-SIM on the S23 Ultra. Pulse works as I think it should. It automatically switches the data connection temporarily and automatically when you text or send an MMS from the SIM that isn't set to default.
