"tmobile diagnostics keeps stopping" galaxy s20 pop-up
- RRQTransmission Trainee
Same here on an LG V60. Went through three chat sessions trouble shooting and one with tech support. They 'sent' something to my phone last night but the issue popped up again. They've ask me to do a hard reset to see if that clears. Has anyone else tried this yet to see if it clears out. Even with LG backup or Google backup it's a pain having to make sure everything (passwords on secured sites like banking apps) went back in.

It's pretty bad if NO ONE from t mobile is answering back to any of this. And no one from there has bothered to help fix this issue. After someone has hacked T mobile this has been going on. T mobile owes us a fix and if anyone's information is out on the web they need to protect us as the jacket said T mobile 2as easy to hack into. Who knows what they planted.
What say you T mobile anything .... Or are you going to hide

Restore in process after hard reset. I'll post when it's complete if the reset stopped the pop ups.

On line with CS. Hard reset did not clear the popup problem yet... I'll update later

Happening on my note 20 ultra. My phone is useless tried contacting service and they told me nothing is wrong. Well when I am giving presentations at work and the app force closes and pauses videos something is wrong. I guess it is time to move my business and my phone to another network that works. Cause TMobile has no answer. What a joke. Yes I have reset cache and data on 12 different phones. Still have the same problem.

Got sick of it popping up while I was trying to type so I turned it off. So far, so good. Thanks! Hopefully this works.

Galaxy S20+, just got a new update for the T-Mobile app, and a system update. Neither have fixed the issue. I've already turned off the diagnostics, tried the uninstall updates and cleared cache. Even cleared the cache partition.
Has anyone found a solution? This isn't affecting my wife's Galaxy S20+.

Clearing the app permissions worked for me as someone stated above. Using an s21 Ultra also had the issue after an update.
