Forgot to erase phone before returning it
Hi All, If someone can please reassure me or tell me how this process works, please do!! I returned my broken phone after receiving a new one from assurant. BUT, I forgot to erase the phone before...
I am not too familiar with Apple but I believe you should be able to remotely wipe it and remove the device from being associated with y our Apple ID from within your Apple account.
