In somewhat of the same boat as you. I just activated and joined t-mobile 2 days ago and logged into the account to see the promotion being applied to the phone is not correct. I will be chasing reps down. I called a rep today and they kept selling me more iphones.
In your case they are saying the promo applied to your account is ID230022 but it should be ID230248
