usage details shows text to 900080006000

My usage details shows 3 texts all within one second to 900080006000 with the description "T-Mobile (USA) to Turkey"  I don't know how its possible to call or text a 12 digit number and it does not show in my text history.  I have googled that number and not found anything helpful.
