extremely poor data performance in a geographic area
Can anyone explain how I can call T-Mobile many times to report a connectivity issue in a certain geographic area and there is no follow-up, no change in performance, nothing over a span exceeding 12 months?
I pressed the support agent on my most recent call to complain and they said their "internal tech tickets" don't have a follow-up to the customer.
So I asked to read back to me the most recent update/resolution on one of my "internal tech tickets" and they couldn't do it.
I am convinced they simply aren't doing anything, not creating any said ticket, simply using the Level 1 support playbook and lying about creating any other ticket on my issue.

Dont take it personally. Ive sent tickets over 8 years for the same. TMobile needs a lot of people or business to complain about an area, of have its hand twisted ny government in some locations. Only way beyond tech tickets are through filings with your PUC, FCC or BBB
