How long to wait to talk to customer tech support
Ok, I have been waiting, ( they appreciate my patience), over 1 ½ hours. First ½ waiting for the call back, now I sit with my phone on waiting while the most awful loud music plays. 41:45 minutes, " Hang Tight" the guy says, Name that song and someone from our"Care Team" will be with you shortly. I have to stay with this wretched company for about another year as I have an iPhone, (on them), but I will not stay with this horrible wifi.
Has anyone else had similar experience?

They told me a didn't time every time I called also told me my pin that I was reading off my profile on their page wasn't correct. I entered it so many times not a user error. Also how can they make you wait that long when you can only cancel your account online. It should be illegal to make it a that hard to cancel your shitty service.

When it is the actual ‘tech’ or customer rep that is asking for your PIN … tell them to send you a one time PIN (OTP) , as T-Mobile’s own messages tell you to NEVER give out your PIN.
Similarly, for tech support with ‘musak’, I’d recommend using the ‘schedule a call’ option, where T-Mobile calls you when your place is ready .. or scheduled time in the future.
If you do still need ‘advanced’ technical support, you’ll end up in … another queue
