how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?

If you want a summer with no internet get t mobile. Too many people on too few towers. Last summer sucked, last 2 weeks have been horrible. Can't use my on line banking. When schools out its tbe worst.

I I've been with T-Mobile for two years, the first year I was happy, not to mention after that year, they started to lie to me, and put me down for using payment arrangement. When it's there to use, they also lied to me and forget to mention about the fees when you can't or something comes up where you can't pay the payment arrangement .. then they hit you with high fees, they say they will help you but they don't they bash you for using payment arrangement when you need it and I work a part time job, then they wanna be rude to you and raise there plans on you tell you your getting paid this much when really its not what they say, also, when you put a down payment for a phone sense they fail to tell there customers that once you pay your phone off you will indeed have to pay a really high fee of 257 dollars to keep it. So, I honestly will be going to cricket once my bill and other phone is paid off. They also, give out your private information also. Incase you all didn't know! Cause they are getting sued. And I'm pretty sure I'm gunna see how I do that too. T-Mobile you are terrible and honestly I hope this company falls.

I just got off the phone with Zakia (I might be misspelling her name completely.) She was so kind, patient, understanding, and sympathetic. I don't leave reviews often but when I feel like the customer service was top tier, I make sure to talk about it. It was truly a pleasure to speak to her and I am grateful for her help today. I just got off the phone with Ricky, who was tremendously helpful resolving a claim-related issue with Assurant. After paying for insurance for over two years without incident, I dropped my phone a couple weeks ago and filed a claim for accidental damage. Assurant denied my claim because I mistakenly filed for the wrong amount of memory (256gb when I actually have 512gb). Further, they said that because of my mistake, I was ineligible for any future claims on my device as a fraud protection measure. Ricky really went to bat for me, asking for other options. He pointed out that I had been paying for insurance on the same device for over two years without incident, as verified by him, and actually I had mistakenly filed for LESS coverage than I was eligible for. He then requested that the Assurant rep escalate the claim. The rep spoke with his escalation team and I was able to get my device replaced for the cost of the deductible. The situation went from awful to perfect with Ricky's help. I felt valued and supported because of his efforts.
Please feel free to reach out if you'd like more information about the experience. I was hoping to receive a survey on his behalf after the call, but I did not receive one. I want to make sure he gets credit for verifying my coverage, sticking with me throughout the call to Assurant, and helping sort things out.

ERIC Ramirez at the Georgetown, TX store was super patient and friendly. I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to switch carriers for four lines through the chat line and call-in center. I was very frustrated when I walked in but he walked me through the process (which took over an hour) and even took my calls after I continued to have issues after leaving the store. This is the kind of customer service sorely lacking in other industries and keeps customers returning. Thanks, Eric, for making an arduous process bearable and even laughable at times. You're a star!

@Eddie333 Can you share a little more about your experience? When did you get help from Ronilyn? Did you work with Ronilyn over the phone or in the store? If it was a store, can you share which store? This information can help me find their leadership and get the good words in the right place.
