how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?

I just got off the phone with Zakia (I might be misspelling her name completely.) She was so kind, patient, understanding, and sympathetic. I don't leave reviews often but when I feel like the customer service was top tier, I make sure to talk about it. It was truly a pleasure to speak to her and I am grateful for her help today. (6/6/24 @ 16:30)

Stephanie assisted me with international travel plans. She was very professional and kind. She also went over my account information to make sure everything was on track while also giving me the opportunity to ask questions regarding any other concerns I had. Thank you Stephanie!

I I've been with T-Mobile for two years, the first year I was happy, not to mention after that year, they started to lie to me, and put me down for using payment arrangement. When it's there to use, they also lied to me and forget to mention about the fees when you can't or something comes up where you can't pay the payment arrangement .. then they hit you with high fees, they say they will help you but they don't they bash you for using payment arrangement when you need it and I work a part time job, then they wanna be rude to you and raise there plans on you tell you your getting paid this much when really its not what they say, also, when you put a down payment for a phone sense they fail to tell there customers that once you pay your phone off you will indeed have to pay a really high fee of 257 dollars to keep it. So, I honestly will be going to cricket once my bill and other phone is paid off. They also, give out your private information also. Incase you all didn't know! Cause they are getting sued. And I'm pretty sure I'm gunna see how I do that too. T-Mobile you are terrible and honestly I hope this company falls.

I would like to give Kelly 10 stars for making the process of switching to Go5G Next very smoothly. We also were able to upgrade to a more recent phone.
I went to the Brooklyn Center location and her Sales Rep number ends in 664.

If you want a summer with no internet get t mobile. Too many people on too few towers. Last summer sucked, last 2 weeks have been horrible. Can't use my on line banking. When schools out its tbe worst.

I just wanted to thank Jamal at the Levittown T-Mobile branch for all his help. He was extremely helpful and professional. He pointed me in the right direction with his in-depth technical knowledge and I was able to pick out a phone perfect for myself. Nuevamente, gracias.

I've had t-mobile for 5 years with my mom then eventually switched over to T-mobile with my husband but under my name now for about a year. Every representative I've talked to has been absolutely amazing the last representative Archer I talked to about my payment arrangement and he went above and beyond for me, my daughter has a pre MRI phone appt coming up and my phone was going to get shut off, my daughter is a 1 year old who's suffering from headaches and Archer was able to extend my payment to the day I get paid and I was in tears! My heart was sinking, heavy chest pains, anxiety the whole 9 and after I spoke to him a weight was lifted off my shoulders, I'm so thankful for him, you have no idea! There is still people who care enough to help. I'm a pay it forward person I always have been I care for elderly and I make sure my job is done in an outstanding manner and Archer really made me believe that I'm not the only person that would be there in a way you can't imagine someone would be there for you. I just want to call my t-mobile representatives family after these last three calls! The second one was Ray he was so kind and helped me with my phone that isn't charging but I think I just need a new one. I have so many more of their names written down but those are the only ones I can think of but I try to remember names so I can leave reviews. I'm so thankful for t-mobile I've seen terrible reviews but I can't wrap my head around any of the negative comments, I've never had issues with them and I've been with them for 6 years now I've had all the issues you all have talked about but never did they not come to my rescue and I will be thankful and loyal to you till my life is done! God bless you all! Thank you thank you thank you. 🙏

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE KNOW HOWS TO SPEAK PROPERLY ENGLISH OR KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB RIGHT I’VE SPOKEN W MULTIPLE REPS & SUPERVISORS I’VE SPEND HOURS TRYING TO FIX MY ACCOUNT I TRANSFERRED PHONE SERVICE FROM VERIZON FROM T-MOBILE SUBMITTED ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS REQUESTED FOR MY REBATE SO I CAN PAY OFF MY PHONES I HAD W VERIZON ALL OF A SUDDEN NOTHING IS IN THEIR SYSTEMS SCAM SCAM SCAM DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO NOT GET SERVICE W THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM NOT TO MENTION HORRIBLE NETWORK I HAVE PHONE & WIFI CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT ASAP
