internet only plan no phone

Thinking TMobile internet isn't ready for prime time! I constantly have buffering, run around the house disconnecting devices, hit modem reset, unplug and so on and get the dreaded buffer. This is most often, the modem is facing screen out to the indicated location. Other than leaving are there Any suggestions? Thx
