New sim card for home internet
when im on 4g B2 and 5g N41 speeds are 200, it only lasts for an hour then N41 changes to N71 and speeds drop to 15/20, can sim be programmed to lock on N41and B2 and stay there..
TBH, mine does this at times as well. In my area, its not congestion, but overall signal. During the summer, the trees have a lot of leaves, and typically during evening, device will end up over on n71+b2 vs. n41+b66. Basically a drop from +400Mbps to around 250Mbps, but upload increases from ~15Mbps to 60Mbps. My phone also ends up with similar (n25 or n71 vs. n41).
Only other option is to find a ‘better’ location for your device.
No. The SIM will always switch to the most optimal connection based on network congestion and the stronger signal for connectivity.
