screwed up service t-mobile is nothing but lies and laziness
So long story here I’ll make it simple got screwed into switching from Verizon for the promise of great 5g service and all kinds of promotions got scammed out of that and I have a screen recording of...
T-Mobile’s general customer service can’t do a whole lot, especially with grandfathered plans.
I went through this with AT&T when I was supposed to ‘save’ on family plans, but they ended up costing more, and couldn’t/wouldn’t revert.
You'll have to hit up 'executive response' level to deal with these things. BBB will get you an executive response, where as 'Customer Care' will get you typically off shore support.
