very unhappy

TMOBILE has lied to me about my billing and my service from day 1. I have no phone or internet service. Horrible customer service. I am announcing this to all social medias trying to save other people from this company. Can not wait for my contract to be up. I would never suggest or recommend this company ever!

    File a BBB complaint if you can't get support through typical CS.  US based T-Mobile ERT/OEM will call you.

    Tmobile does not have plan contracts but the do have Equipment installment plans on devices. You can pay those off anytime and leave.

  • Yes and I will as soon as I get close enough on my installments. Apparently your experience has been much better than mine.

    How do you not have a phone or internet service?  If you don't have those then why not switch?  Did you take a deal?  Like I feel like there is a lot of missing details.

  • I owe now on 2 phones. Mine were paid off. I was lied to about the cost of service and I have probably 100 msgs on how they were going to fix it because I have had to call every.single.month. I had amazing internet and phone service when I started and at my house. Now none! There is no explanation, because it looks ok. I was actually recommending this company to my friends and family. I get some of you have "great service" my experience has been horrible.
