Will $10/month give me proper service?
Now that my guaranteed $70/month service has gone up $10/month will now both people be able to hear both sides of a conversation on WiFi rather than one party only hearing? Also will I get "Voice Mails" and "Texts" the same day or continue to get them 1,2,3 days later? Was considering dropping Spectrum for Internet but given this level of service and ZERO support, no thanks. Also, strange that my wife's phone, same as mine, receives emergency notifications while most of the time I do not even when sitting in the same room. These phones/service are great for many things but as a phone they are pathetic.

I have a few lines that still get ‘kickbacks’ for using < 2GB … won’t matter if I pay more.
If service is that bad … might as well find a different provider. My service is good where I am .. just not so good outside the cities.

Ironically … I asked that question ‘years’ ago on the T-mobile one plan, (and the Simple Choice plan) when I was told that I ‘reached my monthly quota’.
Obvious answer is .. no.
I've never once come even close to exceeding my "monthly quota". At most I might get 4 or 5 texts and about the same number of phone calls assuming they even get through.
