i was experiencing the same situation after having the device for about 12 days without any issues well not major issues. A few days ago it started resetting the password and giving no connected errors on all devices. My question is do you is what type of devices are connecting to the device and if you conncet via a computer? What if any additions or changes have you done to the device via the online portal or app? I have done some troubleshooting that has fixed the issue and intend to share the solution if it will assist you in any manner.
