Home Internet with 5G Gateway
My mobile devices started asking for the password for my wifi today, meanwhile my computers have stayed connected. I thought I knew the password but keeps getting rejected. How do I recover or reset my password? The one on the label does not work. And I can't log into the Home Internet App….because I don't know the password. Ugh.
Can yo see the key code on one of the PC's that are still connected? Can you connect with your phone app? Doing a factory reset will aloud you to reset your key code.

Glad to hear you got it. I use a easily to remember 10 digit key code for my WiFi and the code on the sticker on the gateway as the master, then just save it on my PC to login. That way if something happen to my PC I can recover it easily.
