ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE

The resolution (I would assume per typical T-Mobile) is one of:
- Cellspot (why would I want to use a home internet service to run a T-Mobile cell service)
- Port out to another carrier that works in your area
- File ticket(s) with T-Mobile (good luck with resolution)
- Petition your local PUC.
- File BBB complaints - at best, you might get T-Mobile to waive your device payments and port you to another carrier
Going after a class action lawsuit is almost a non-starter. Terms typically list arbitration. Other option is to get your local city/county/state/federal agency involved to name and shame - very unlikely.
