I am having the exact same issue. Today, I called tech support and they assured me that my unit was working fine on their end. I requested that they remotely reboot it, the tech agreed. Then the tech came back and said that he was having trouble communicating with the device. The same device that he just assured me was "working fine". I insisted that I have a defective device and requested a new one. It is arriving on Wednesday(ish).
I have had their service for over a year now and overall it has been good, for my purpose. However, now that it is constantly requiring rebooting I am questioning if T-Mobile is up to the challenge.
