New Router not connecting to T-Mobile App

I would delete the app and reinstall so it forgets everything about your previous router. Then factory reset the new router which will require you to setup using the wifi and admin passwords printed on the label of the router.

Yea and factory resetting it and changing the name of the WiFi did absolutely nothing. I have no idea what to do to fix it.
