Complaint about Autopay CC vs Debit

U can always get a prepaid debit card n use that

This autopay fiasco is on top of other fiascos perpetrated by some new C Suite honcos that are so intelligent they made my folks call it quits. Probably 20 years with them and now it feels as if T-Mobile are going through my pockets for change. T-Mobile, i know you have the numbers, how many customers you lose?
