Tarjeta virtual prepagada

MasterCard prepaid $200. I signed up online for home internet a couple months ago and am wondering where my virtual card is. I go to the "reward tracker" and it says status is 'received'. Am I missing something? How do I get this card and/or the number?

    MINE SAYS THE SAME AND TO COMOLETE ANY MORE STROS TO QUALIFY, ONLY STEP I HAVE LEFT IS, YOU HAVE TO HAVE SERVICE FOR 60 DAYS BEFORE YOU GET CARD, THATS WHY THEY SAY 10 WEEKS.60 DAYS IS 8 WEEKS 4 DAYS. SO AFTER THAT I THINK THEY PROCESS AND SEND IT TO YOU IN A TEXT
