My T-Mobile service has been canceled and don’t know how to reactivate

Thank you for the suggestion. Not completely sure, but yes, it's been probably more than 60 days. I tried calling 233 but it doesn't get through. The thing is, I still get emails from T-mobile to refill the balance, but I can't log in to do that.
It sounds like you are going to need a new prepaid SIM and to setup a new prepaid account. You might be able to get your number back if it hasn't already been assigned to another customer.
