I am also trying to redeem my AAA membership free for one year, and I also keep getting the same error message. I tried to call but I was told my wait time was going to be an hour, so I hung up. I don't understand why they cannot fix the issue, with so many have the same thing happening. I would like to renew my AAA without any issues.
