Is anyone in Ohio, Columbus area having internet issues even phone signal issues

My Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway keeps dropping internet giving spotty service. It shows full bars, 5G even on the app shows it has internet. But my devices constantly show "no internet". I've been on the phone with support all day yesterday, Saturday. My phone is also T-Mobile, had slow to no service all day. It's a little better now.  

So after resetting our network they told us there are no outages in my area. Everything on their end looked good. They finally transfer me to Colorado Springs I talked to a supervisor and everything. They send us to a store to get a new sim card. Same issue when we got home. They had us warranty a new Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway. Its worked longer than the other one so far. At first it disconnected after 10 mins. Then a hour. When I woke up today is disconnects every 2 hours from the internet. 

They're supposed to do another wellness call today so we'll see what happens. But is anyone else having a similar issue? 

  • I have the same gateway and have not had a problem in the 3 months I've had T-Mobile Home Internet. I know this sounds brain-dead, but have you tried to re-run the setup assistant and see if you have another location that will give you a more robust connection. If you're not using the Ethernet connectors in the back of the gateway, try your attic. You might surprise yourself with getting a better signal.

    same here never had any issues for months. According to stores around here there's a outage, but support said things are fine. Yea I ended up moving it upstairs and its working so far.
