Sadly, I have to leave T-Mobile after 11 years of being a customer. Times are tough and at my current state, can't afford this bill. I have a total of 11 lines , getting suspended due to none payment really hurts the bill. I didn't ask for credit just asked if they can reduce the amount and they refused saying it's a valid charge. Being customer for so long didn't make a difference. I can't complain about the service it's great overall hence why I stayed for so long but I think T-Mobile should consider loyal customer a bit.33Visto0likes0ComentariosI contacted Tmobile to cancel my phone insurance in Feburary but they did not cancel
Hi, I have been using T-Mobile since 2020. Had a lot of ups and downs. Today this recently, i got a new 15 iphone pro max and added insurance to be safe as I was traveling out of country. I came back on February and called them to cancel but apparently they did not. I have jobs and college and my family maintains that bill so they did not get the time to check now I just realized they did not cancel the insurance. The operator was like "ok it was your job to check bills every month and make sure they removed it correctly". So now its my "part time to check if they did their billing correctly?" Just because its money its no their responsibility? Help please! 🙏39Visto0likes0ComentariosBill constantly wrong
Does anyone else have a problem with their bill constantly wrong? My bill has been higher since I switched and it keeps going up with no explanation.. I called in and had the upper mangers say that they would correct the issue and still nothing. They even have it in their computers what it is suppose to be and it always too much.. Is this a common bait and switch with T mobile where they hope you get tired of calling in to deal with incorrect billing tactics? Any help is appreciated.37Visto0likes0ComentariosBilling Detail Access
The monthly bill has gone up to $27~ since last December. I attempted to access the bill details but require authorization from the main account holder. Currently, I am under my brother's account, and he is unable to log in to the T-Mobile account to grant access as he is overseas on military duty. Is there a way to access the billing details without needing approval from the main account holder?21Visto0likes0ComentariosT mobile Offer not honored
In December, I was made an offer to switch mobile operators. They offered to refund me the amount I paid for my phones with that operator. After that, they sent me the SIM cards and the phones, but it wasn't until January when they activated them. Additionally, I took an iPad without confirming that I would keep it. As of today, they have NOT refunded me the money. The agent handling my case says that there was an "error" when activating the lines and they cannot refund me. In addition to that, |TMobile charged me from December to January WITHOUT ACTIVATING the lines, and they have also NOT provided instructions for returning the iPad. And keep charging it into my bill. Nobody is taking responsibility for my case. My advisor is not responding to my calls, and call me on each15 days, and the person who activated the lines late is washing their hands of it, as well. My switch to T-Mobile has been a nightmare, and it seems like they don't want to honor an offer they made to me on December. The conditions regarding the erroneous activation are the responsibility of T-Mobile and its agents, not mine. I have everything in writing. I´m paying more that offered, they can not honored the offer made, and can not received the IPAD back (new, on this box) to keep charging my bill for it?. How can help me on that?41Visto0likes0Comentarios- 941Visto0likes6Comentarios
Mystery Lines On Your Account
Hi, everyone. T Mobile has decided that they want me to let everyone know they should be checking their account immediately for unrecognized devices, lines, and higher bills. Nobody in our household has iPhones, but just today I was notified about a DIGITS promo that had been incorrectly applied to my account. As it turns out, T Mobile had allowed someone to add a new line and device on to my account without my knowledge. The best part is, they had been using DIGITS for some unknown reason. Perhaps it is to steal my information, perhaps it is to spam people from my phone number. In any case, customer service did remove it from my account right away, but my bill (after adjustment) is yet still $10 higher than it was last month. This kind of security breach must be something I am responsible for. They have so far been completely silent, and I am wondering what it is going to take for them to make this right. I've been a T Mobile customer for about a month now, and every week there is some kind of enormous problem. Regardless of my issues with the company, it would behoove you to double check your plans for new mystery phones that T Mobile has allowed onto them. They won't notify you, but they will bill you for it.9.9KViews5likes18ComentariosT-mobile Scam
We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. This is a scam and I would like to hold T-Mobile accountable for their shady actions.129Visto1like1ComentarioI canceled my T-Mobile before and was sent a bill
So I canceled my T-Mobile either the end of July. My last bill was July 5th. I will send a bill of $103 in August and then a bill for $82 in September. I've been meaning to call but I've been very busy with school and full-time work. Today I received a bill for my debt collector for $82 because a T-Mobile. What is happening? I was told by the representative I wouldn't be charged again after I canceled. So why was I charge twice? And then one of them sent to a debt collector? I'm extremely furious.Solved3.1KViews0likes19ComentariosWhat are the taxes and fees in California for essential plan?
